Rick Morris

Growing up a Morris meant growing up wanting to learn to build things. Rick has always enjoyed the challenge of figuring out how something is put together and how it works.

After graduating from ASU in 1972 with a B.Sc.in Civil Engineering, Rick worked for 5 years in the Phoenix area as a Construction Project Manager. He estimated and managed the construction of a wide variety of commercial and residential buildings.

His desire for learning took him to Corvallis and Rick attended Oregon State University, studying civil engineering and construction management. From there he moved further north to the Seattle area where he enjoyed two years as a site development design engineer.

His eleven years at Northward Construction as Vice President of Construction brought Rick a lot of responsibilities and personal growth. He was responsible for the administration and management of projects ranging from multi-family apartments and condominiums to high-end single-family homes ranging upwards of $30 million per year.

Having his own company and building fine custom homes has been his dream come true. Westfork Construction has been a huge success in the past 4 1/2 years and will continue for many, many years to come.

Randy Morris

Having lived in Sedona during his childhood, it was easy for Randy, along with his wife Kelli and their three daughters to make the move here in 2003 to partner with Rick and Westfork Construction.

Randy's B.A. in Business Administration from Westmont College in Santa Barbara along with his construction background make him the perfect partner for Rick. They compliment each other's talents.

Having owned his own construction business in Scottsdale for thirteen years, Randy understands the need for cost control accounting. He maintained overall responsibility for the timely and profitable completion of all construction projects. He's very experienced in cost estimates, hard bids, construction schedules and value engineering analysis on projects as well as negotiating owner and subcontractor agreements.

During his previous five years in Phoenix, Randy worked as Senior Project Manager and was responsible for the overall bidding, scheduling and cost control accounting of specific projects.

He also acted as liaison with owners, architects, engineers and government municipalities as well as supervising field personnel.

If you haven't figured it out by now, Randy's the "money guy". He'll treat your money as if it were his own, and that's a good thing.
